Is my booking confirmed once I submit the form?
Not yet. Your booking will remain pending until our team contacts you via text message to confirm your attendance. Your place is only confirmed once you receive our confirmation.
When will I receive my confirmation?
Our team will contact you by text message after reviewing your booking in 1 – 3 working days. Please ensure that the contact number provided is correct and reachable.
Can I walk in to The Montana Journey?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome throughout the exhibition period, except during the Montana Sharing Sessions from 18–20 September. During the Sharing Sessions, advance booking is required.
Can I visit the exhibition without joining the Sharing Session?
Of course. You are welcome to visit the exhibition outside of the Sharing Session hours. Walk-ins are also welcome during these times.
Can I stay for a jewellery viewing after the Sharing Session?
Yes. If you are interested in exploring our Montana Sapphire and jewellery collection after the Sharing Session, please let us know when making your booking. This will help our team prepare and assist you after the session.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact our team as soon as possible so that we can release the slot for another guest.
